We cannot ship to hotels, UPS/FedEx locations, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands), or any other third party shipping service such as a freight forwarding company.When an order is placed on De Inessa Couture, it will be shipped to the address designated by you as long as the shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on De Inessa Couture. All purchases from De Inessa Couture are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, the title for items purchased and the risk of loss from this De Inessa Couture pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with the shipping carrier for lost and/or damaged shipments.
